The iPad was used to support a blended, flipped classroom delivery of a mini-project. The Make Life a Better Place Project was a short project concerning improvement of a local space. Students used the iPad as both a consumption and production tool, and to access reading resources and core activities supporting the project, and instructional video-lectures. As a production tool they communicated ideas and opinions by creating multimedia presentations for the project. Finally, they used the iPad as a mobile fieldwork tool for recording, taking pictures and videos for the project.
