In order to combat piracy, the American stock photo agency Getty Images have just announced that 35 million of their pictures are now available for free for all non-commercial purposes as long the agency’s own embed code is used (as above), which includes the Getty logo and link back to the Getty site and to information about the photo.

Etisalat, the UAE Ministry of Education and Google have recently partnered to produced over 600 educational videos for Grades 11 and 12 students using leading teachers within the Ministry of Education. The videos, called 'Duroosi' (my lessons) are produced in an entertaining and interactive way to help students study a variety of subjects and topics.
